Travel, whether that is a few days by the coast in mindful exploration, or a longer journey, is a way to experience personal development and reconnect you with the world again. You really don’t need to go far, yet the effect can be profound if approached with intent.

These programs are designed to help you to identify where in your life you need some attention, and together we look to create a wellness plan to use in conjunction with your short break - allowing you to get the most impact and change from your weekend away!

Focusing on the key areas of your life; mental, social, spiritual, emotional, and physical and looking at each one individually to help you to discover which aspects are more pressing and which ones can be worked towards at a later date.

    If you are looking to use nature, mindfulness and cognitive intervention to reconnect with yourself and the world around you, then this travel coaching package is ideal for you. The aim of these sessions is to learn more about yourself and what you truly want in life.

    If you are stressed or feeling overwhelmed with life, this is the remedy you need. Exploring self-awareness and learning ways to manage stress and rebalance your emotions and lifestyle for increased productivity and overall wellness.
