We all have mental health, but the question is - what state is yours in? 

Helping people to improve their health in mind, body and spirit is something that is vitally important to me, so much so that I made it my profession! Whilst there are a variety of ways I could have chosen to go, I followed my intuition and created a new and exciting way instead! My method of helping people to achieve results is somewhat different from the traditional routes. 

For me, and many others like me, travelling far and wide, not only helped them (and me) to heal but has also resulted in a shift in mindset and self-growth. 

There are many people out there who are feeling stuck and tired and in desperate need of a life-changing experience and want to travel but either have low confidence and self-esteem or have no idea where to even start.

 

Travel coaching offers support and practical tools and strategies to help you to plan a unique travel experience, overcome fears and boost confidence and ultimately gain much more from your trip. With travel coaching, the real work begins long before the trip even starts, I guess you could say, you begin with a therapeutic journey before you even pack your bags! 

I welcome all new clients to book in for a free exploration call to find out if travel coaching with me is right for you. This call is 30 minutes, during which we will discuss your needs and how I work. If at the end of the call you would like to proceed then we can go ahead and get the first session booked in; if not, no problem! I will try my best to point you in the right direction of someone who could suit your needs better! 

1. Mental Health Travel Preparation Program

This program is specifically for people who are keen to use travel as a means to improving their wellbeing. These sessions are tailored to each individual with the soul purpose of helping you to set the goals that they want to achieve whilst on their travels.

 

During the six week program, you will have 6 one-to-one coaching calls where we will explore your personal development plan, overcome any travel based fears and identify your travel purpose and goals. 

 

You will also have access to the Member's Area where you can find exercises to do in between our sessions, positive psychology, CBT and law of attraction tools to use, tutorial based videos to learn from and plus more to help you on your One Way Journey.

2. Travel Coaching (Pay as you go)

Suitable for those who are interested in travel in the future but are keen to focus right now on making positive changes in their lives, building confidence and improving their state of mind.

 

As and when ready, we can begin focusing on the preparation and planning of their trip. Boosting confidence and forming a coherent, safe and ethical plan! 

 

I would usually recommend between 4-12 sessions, depending on each person and what level of results they are looking to gain from their time with me. The duration is flexible and we will consistently review how things are going to see if any changes need to be made. 

£45  per hour session
